Stage 4: Cause & Effect

After we done with the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, our group now proceed to another stage which is 100 reasons why will the problems exist! (Cause & Effect)

Our group think of 100 reasons, then we categorize it. At the end, we manage to sort out the highest score on the category of "Increasing in Number of Foreign Labor".

With the guidance of our lecturer, we learned something about the relationships among variable types in research.
Therefore, we proceed to another stage! Which is differentiate the cause & effect for the category of "Increasing in Number of Foreign Labor". Either it is the Independent Variable or Moderating Variable.
